Emmanuel Karalis set a new Panhellenic pole vault record at the Panhellenic Indoor Championships.
The 23-year-old champion cleared the 5.86m mark on her second attempt and improved pan-Hellenic indoor athletics.
After that, the athlete thanked his father for his support in an Instagram post and dedicated the post to Pomaska and Tedoglu.
“I have always found love, support and peace of mind in my family. Now I discovered a great coach in her! Dad, thank you for what you do for me. I dedicate the Panhellenic record to Giorgos Pomaski who took over most of my preparation and also to Miltos Tedoglu who gave me the right shoes for my race!” Karalis wrote.
