In particular, during his participation in the 59th Munich Security Conference, Kyriakos Mitsotakis will meet with a cross-party delegation of the US Congress consisting of 17 people (16 senators and one congressman) led by Senator Lindsey Graham. The meeting is expected to be attended by, among others, Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Robert (Bob) Menendez and Senator Chris Van Hollen, member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Just 24 hours before the arrival in Athens of US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, with whom the Prime Minister will meet on Monday evening, shortly before the opening of the fourth round of the Greek-American Strategic Dialogue on Tuesday, a meeting was held on German soil. The soil is expected to confirm the excellent level of Greek American relations and bipartisan recognition in the US Congress of the strategic importance of Greece.

In addition, Mr. Mitsotakis is expected to speak in the afternoon on immigration debate titled “Rebooting Immigration: Moving towards Opportunity”.
