In their requests, they indicate:

• Adjustment of the pre-set price for the route Athens airport – city center from 40 euros to 45 euros (account 1) and from 55 euros to 60 euros (account 2). Restoration of the Taxi Regulation “Christmas Gift” under the same conditions as then.
• Special Permit Legislation.
• Free passage on bus lanes for loaded taxis.

• Elimination of mandatory registration of new Taxi cars with only zero emissions from 2026. SATA is proposing to roll over this commitment to 2035.
• Creation of a public application for ordering a taxi without commission for users and drivers (similar to France Le Taxi and Catalonia).
• For 7-seat 9-seat taxis: Free replacement of regular 7-seat-9-seat ETX Taxi with no limits and no quota for all professional Attica taxi drivers. Regarding the invoice, our suggestion is as follows:

• • Lowering the flag: EUR 5.00
  • Minimum rent: EUR 10.00
  • Supplement of EUR 5.00 per passenger (starting from the fifth person)
• Immediate implementation of the decision of the Ministry of Finance (Mr. Papanatiu) to collect the fee.
• Reduce VAT on fuel from 24% to 13% as long as the energy crisis lasts.
• Reducing VAT on passenger transport to 10% from 01/07/2023
• Fair tax treatment (tax-free limit of 12,000 euros) for the self-employed in our sector.
• EFK reduction or fuel subsidy for a professional taxi driver on a full-time basis. (PROFESSIONAL FUEL)
• Subsidies for the purchase of all types of vehicles categorized as taxis. (ANTI POLLUTION TECHNOLOGY 6 euros).
• The public nature of the services provided by Taxi must be protected in every possible way.
• Protection of Law 4530/2018 and improvement if necessary.
• Clear and without gray areas separation of services provided by Taxi and car rental with driver. EDX – EIX population ratio per region.
• Restoration of the minimum lease term and minimum price in EIX contracts which was halved by the government. (6 HOURS – 180 EUR)
• Restoration of the provision obliging the municipalities of the whole country to create squares within the limits of their responsibility.
• Correct implementation of the digital platform for EIX contracts and creation of a managed lease registry.
