
In the repeat voting, which is ongoing, an estimated 55% of all registered voters went to the polls by 3:00 p.m. to exercise their right to vote, Chief Electoral Inspector said. Cyprus Costas Constantinou.
As Mr. Konstantinov noted, this percentage corresponds to 308,550 citizens and is 0.6 percentage points lower than 55.6% of the first round of the presidential elections.
Compared to the corresponding period, the last presidential election in 2018 saw an increase in participation of 1.8 percentage points (53.2%).
