Nathan Jones is no longer Southampton manager

On Saturday, Southampton suffered their 15th defeat in 22 matches (they have won four and drawn three) against Wolverhampton with a score of 2-1.

It was the team’s seventh defeat in the Championship under Jones, who left Luton (League Two) in November, ahead of the 2022 World Cup break, to replace four-year-old Ralf Hasenthüttle.

Southampton are currently 20th in the table with 15 points.

One of the coaches of the first team, Ruben Selles, will temporarily perform his duties, writes News.ro.
