The motive for the aggressive behavior of the defendant, as stated in court, is allegedly a dispute that arose between him and the contractor who sold the maisonette to the family, while he believes that his new owners conspired against him to deprive him of his property.

Terrified, the plaintiffs told the court about everything they had experienced in the last 1.5 years, that is, since the purchase of the house. “It destroyed our peace of mind and the quality of our lives,” the mother testified, while her husband declared that “we live in a state of horror,” and, addressing the judges, said: “You have the power of the law in your power.” hands, give us our security.” “I only felt safe during the last three days he was detained,” their daughter said, referring to the 50-year-old man, while the latter’s husband said they paid 20,000 euros to make amends for the damage he caused.
