The platform will include the appraisers’ curriculum vitae, a prospective self-assessment report, the appraiser’s assessments after completing the two statutory exercises, and the final assessment report at the completion of each assessment cycle. In addition, through the same application, the teacher can file an objection if he does not agree with the final value judgment of his evaluator, as well as be informed about the progress of his objection after its consideration by the Special Evaluation Commission.
Recall that the assessment focuses on two areas: a) the teaching and learning work of a teacher who specializes in a1) general and special education, a2) pedagogical climate and classroom management, and b) consistency of service and competence. Evaluation is carried out on the basis of a four-point descriptive scale (“excellent”, “very good”, “satisfactory”, “unsatisfactory” work).
Starting next week, the platform will start logging assessor-assessee pairs from education managers so that teachers and education consultants can access the app and start entering information such as the assessee’s resume. With the deployment of the remaining education consultants in the near future, this process will be implemented in the rest of the country.
