
An 18-year-old foreigner was arrested yesterday afternoon in a spontaneous procedure for causing dangerous bodily harm and violating gun laws. He was arrested by the police Security Sub-Directorate of North East Attica.
According to EL.AS., on Wednesday, two 17-year-olds met with a group of about 8 people in an underpass near ISAP Heraklion to resolve their personal differences. The group then attacked them with physical violence and a sharp object. As a result of the attack, one 17-year-old was slightly injured, while another was taken to hospital with leg and back injuries.
As part of the pre-investigation investigation and after the use of computer data and evidence, an 18-year-old foreigner who participated in the group was identified and detained in the area of Heraklion, Attica.
The detainee was taken to the competent prosecutor’s office, and investigative actions to establish the identity and the rest of those involved are continuing.
