Thus, members of the Armed Forces, the security forces and the Coast Guard who act as superiors, as well as teachers at all levels, except those seconded to administrative positions, are exempt from this measure.
The main principles of remote work are voluntariness, the principle of equal treatment, the protection of personal data and respect for privacy.
