It is envisaged to establish specific objective and measurable criteria for the selection of accounts to be audited, and an audit coordinator will be appointed “to assist the work of the audit body in achieving the annual goal, as well as to identify and delegate the powers of certified auditors and audit specialists,” the bill says. . The categories of persons subject to deposit are described in 13, compared to 49 mentioned in previous legislation. Debtors are citizens who are politicians, general and special secretaries of parliament and general government, as well as service secretaries and political auxiliaries. Also, the KDP is submitted by governors and mayors of the regions, as well as individual officials of local governments of the degree “A” and “B”, controlling and political employees of the state and its organizations and employees of control and audit bodies, employees in the field of justice, the financial sector, media workers , security forces and military, financial services, sports and public procurement.

The DPC is also applied for by medical directors and coordinating directors working in NHS hospitals and health centers, military hospitals, university hospitals, clinics and laboratories, as well as in local medical institutions and primary health care sectors, members of the examination boards of candidate drivers, but also president and administrators of state-sponsored civil society organizations.
