Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he received a message from the United States through Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry. The message was allegedly sent by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who visited Egypt before the Russian official, writes the Russian state agency TASS.
