Marcel Čolaku states that there would be nothing to rewrite the protocol with the PNL, but leaves open the discussion on the “rotation” with the liberals.

The PSD leader did not specifically say that the party wants to keep certain ministries during the change of prime minister planned for May, but spoke of “specific discussions and evaluation of some ministers and the work of some ministers.”

“I think that all of us, me, Mr. Nicolae Chuke and our colleagues from PSD and PNL and from UDMR want an effective government. Then it is normal to have specific discussions about the assessment of some ministers and the performance of some ministers, where things went in the right and expected direction and where things did not work,” Cholaku said on Monday.

When asked if the PSD has a red line that it does not cross, ministries that it does not want to give up, Cholaku said: “I have only one red line, it is called stupidity, and I think that this same red line also has PNL”.
