Paris Saint-Germain blundered again in Ligue 1 after a late-stage defeat to draw 1-1 at home to Reims after conceding a goal in the dying stages of the match.

After a clean first half, but dominated by the Parisians, Christophe Galtier sent Verratti on the field at half-time in place of Vitigny.

In the 51st minute, Neymar opened the scoring after luckily the ball reached him, he also rounded the goalkeeper before sending it into the net.

Eight minutes later, new signing Verratti is shown a red card for a rough tackle by VAR, with the referee initially only showing him a yellow card.

Sergio Ramos scored after 5 minutes from Neymar’s corner, but the goal was disallowed due to handball.

In the sixth minute of extra time, the visitors managed to equalize thanks to Folarin Balogun, who beat Donnarumma and brought an unexpected point to Reims.

PSG remain top of Ligue 1 with 48 points, three more than second-placed Lens.
