Close to another title after four years, Galatasaray wants to part with Juan Mata and Seferovic, who have performed far below expectations, and transfer Janis Hagi from Rangers, writes Karar.com.

Turkish coach Okan Buruk is closely monitoring the recovery of Janis, who has been sidelined for a year due to injury, and is preparing for his return to the pitch later this month. It is Buruk who insists on the transfer of a former teammate’s boyfriend.

The Romanian international, who has a contract with Rangers until 2026, was born in Istanbul while his father was playing for Galatasaray.

From 1996 to 2001, Gheorghe Hagi played for Kim Bom, with whom he won four titles and the UEFA Cup. “The King” coached the Istanbul team in two periods, 2004-2005 and 2010-2011, winning the Turkish Cup.

Galatasaray are in first place in Turkey after 19 matches with a streak of ten consecutive victories.
