“Kathimerini tis Kyriaki” tells what really happened on the island of Evros in August 2022.

From what he mentions in an interview with K, the movements of the refugees were directed by a remotely paid smuggler through a woman who was on the island and spread information and images on social media.

She, he claims, also passed on the order to stage, even with makeup, the death of a five-year-old girl.
