The Supreme Aviation Crisis Council during the 2023 emergency crises considered five flight commanders to have been provisionally beached by election to the rank of brigadier general and 25 retained to the rank of commander. He also promoted to vacant organizational posts to the rank of brigadier general by electing five squadron leaders.

The Navy’s Supreme Naval Crisis Board deemed the three combat admirals “eligible” for the rank of senior commander-in-chief to fill vacant positions in the agency.

The General Staff of the Ground Forces, by decision of the Supreme Military Council, has announced emergency lists of brigadier generals of armaments for 2023.
