
Samsung will release its new flagship Galaxy S23 series of phones on February 1st, and a lot is known about them after detailed information about the screens, cameras, batteries and drives appeared online.
The S23 Ultra will have a 6.8-inch 1440p OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The S23 will have a 6.1-inch screen, while the S23 Plus will have a 6.6-inch, both OLED, 1080p, 120Hz refresh rate.
The S23 Ultra will have a 200-megapixel sensor camera and three more cameras on the back: a 12-megapixel ultra-wide, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom.
The S23 and S23 Plus will have three cameras on the back: a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide and a 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. Selfie camera 12 MP.
The battery capacity will be 3900 mAh for the S23, 4700 mAh for the S23 Plus and 5000 mAh for the Ultra. It looks like the Ultra will allow fast charging at 45W, while the classic S23 will charge at 25W.
In terms of RAM, sources say that the S23 and S23 Plus will have 8GB, while the Ultra will be able to choose between 8GB and 12GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the Ultra version will have three variants (256/512GB/1TB), while the S23 and S23 Plus won’t have a 1TB version, but they will have a 128GB ‘Entry’ version.
