Formula 1 abandons the Chinese Grand Prix

Back in December, the International Automobile Federation decided to suspend the race in China due to the situation caused by Covid-19, but there was a possibility that another country could join the program, writes Sky Sports.

After negotiations with Turkey and Portugal, it was decided to keep 23 races instead of 24, meaning there would be a four-week gap between the third and fourth rounds of the season.
