“The implementation of the new mode of operation of the international checkpoint Ratcovac, Romania – Dyakivtsi, Ukraine will take place gradually, at the first stage it will be opened for the passage of trucks without cargo and fuel tanks, and later, depending on the creation of the necessary infrastructure conditions, as well as for transit other types of vehicles and cargo,” the Ministry of Finance said in a statement.
