Western aid to Ukraine is an active money laundering mechanism, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said in his Telegram channel on Sunday, TASS reports.
“I see that some people are worried about foreign aid to Ukraine. Don’t worry! This is a working money laundering scheme. Western and Ukrainian officials are embezzling these funds, and no more than 15% of all aid will end up in the trenches,” he said.
Kadyrov also noted that Russians should not worry about the military actions currently taking place “on the territory of Russia”, referring to the illegally annexed territories of Luhansk and Donetsk, Kherson Oblast and Zaporizhzhia.
“These are our regions that chose to join our state in order to protect their people from the satanic actions of Ukrainian nationalists and NATO,” he emphasized.
On January 6, the United States announced a new aid package to Ukraine worth more than $3 billion, a day after Germany and the United States agreed to send Marder infantry fighting vehicles and Bradley fighter jets to Kyiv.
French President Emmanuel Macron also announced that his country will send AMX-10 RC light armored vehicles to Ukrainian troops.
Australian General Mick Ryan notes in a new analysis published on his page Twitter that, first of all, these combat vehicles will provide the Ukrainian troops with a clear qualitative increase in their combat capabilities.
“These are state-of-the-art infantry fighting vehicles designed to fight as part of mechanized combined arms units against Soviet and Russian troops,” he says, stressing that the qualitative advantage these weapons give Ukrainian troops will be important in future battles. .
