Nasser Al-Khelaifi can lead PSG and Tottenham

After commercial success in France, the Sheikhs are trying a new chance in Europe’s top league, and many companies and investors are giving an unattainable economic dimension to the rest of the championship, writes As.com.

PSG and QSI chairman Nasser Al Khelaifi met with his Tottenham counterpart Daniel Levy last week to discuss several commitments, including the Qatari company’s future plans.

Levy joined the club in 2001 as part of the ENIC family business and has been in full control of the Premier League club since 2007. While he wasn’t looking to part ways with the team, there were recent rumors that he would be open to discussing some offers.

For Qatar, it would be a real image blow in football after the investment in Paris Saint-Germain and the organization of the World Cup in 2022.

In addition to Tottenham, two more traditional English clubs Liverpool and Manchester United are for sale, but at a much higher price.

Qatar Sports Investment was founded in 2005 and is based on investments in sports. The last transaction took place in October 2022, when they acquired 21.67% of the shares of the Portuguese club Braga for 80 million euros.
