Themisa Heimaras resignation letter in detail:

In the 2019 elections, the citizens of Phthiotis honored me by electing me as a Member of Parliament to serve in my place, serve my country, and strengthen the efforts of New Democracy, a faction I have served since childhood. , to create a strong Greece.

The inconsistency that has arisen in recent days regarding my business activity, and despite the fact that the data I provided does not show an increase in sales during my term as a deputy, raises questions.

Recognizing that an unintentional omission on my part has caused me to embarrass the party I serve and the people who have honored me with their trust and friendship, I take full responsibility and announce my resignation from the seat of Parliament, handing over the seat to New Democracy . like I should.

I will never allow such an issue that worries me to be used by our political opponents to undermine the principles, values and ideals that the New Democracy government and our Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis faithfully serve.

I thank my compatriots for their support and trust, and I apologize to those whom I unwittingly upset.

I declare that I remain at the forefront of the battle against New Democracy, along with our Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, for the Greece we deserve, for a strong Phthiotis.
