On Sunday, Cypriot Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulidis will travel to Berlin for a working visit, accepting an invitation from his German counterpart.

In particular, the two ministers will assess bilateral relations between Cyprus and Germany and explore practical ways to deepen them further in a wide range of sectors such as trade, tourism, education, defense and security.

Mr. Kasoulidis will brief Ms. Bourbock on how the Greek Cypriot side perceives the next steps in the Cyprus issue and Turkey’s provocative actions against Cyprus, as well as an exchange of views on the situation in Ukraine after the Russian invasion and the resulting complications in the food sector. sector and the issue of energy supply, as well as other issues of the regional and European agenda.
