
On Tuesday, the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) decided by lot the members of the panel of five judges who will serve in 2023.
The decision of the governing council of the High Court within the Supreme Court established the work of two panels of five judges in criminal cases and two panels of five judges in non-criminal cases, notes Agerpres.
After the draw, the first criminal group consists of: Valentin Gheorghe Chitideana, Ana Hermina Yancu, Luminica Cristiu-Nina, Elena Cristina Marku and Oana Burel.
The 2nd criminal commission will include: Lucia Tetyana Rog, Simona Elena Cirnaru, Maria Franciska Vasile, Elena Barbu and Mircea Mugurel Shelea.
It was also determined by drawing lots of members of two boards in civil cases.
The first civilian team includes: Ana Roxana Tudose, Cristinel Grosu, Mirela Vishan, Andreja Liana Constand and Yulia Petronela Nitsu.
The members of the 2nd civil panel include: Maria Grudei, Liliana Vishan, Adina Oana Surdu, Monika Ruksandra Duce and Lavinia Kurela.
