The year 2022 brought the first relegation in the history of the Dynamo Bucharest club, and the group with Stefan cel Mare went through a difficult path in the second league as well. On the first day of 2023, special administrator Vlad Yakob addressed all residents of Dynamo.

Dynamo is in 8th place in League 2, two points behind Gloria Buzeu (6th place, playoff). In the final stage of the regular season, the Bucharest group will face Uniria Constanta, CSC 1599 Shelimbar and Polytechnic Timisoara.

“2022 was a difficult year. A year in which I am better than ever, convinced that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. The ideas or plans of some Dynamo people, no matter how good they are, are insufficient or downright harmful to Dynamo.

Unfortunately, the Dynamo team did the most damage to the Dynamo club. Some are dynamos when it comes to money – their pockets come first. Other dynamists to the point of their own arrogance – their ideas prevail. Last but not least, harmful dynamists are those whose often illogical, incompetent or cognitively dissonant opinions prevail to the detriment of the club – even if they lack relevant education or understanding of management, business, law or other areas related to the club , they confidently express their ideas and try to impose them in the public space.

Despite all the trouble that often arose from the supposed dynamists, and despite the difficulties we faced in the first part of the season, we managed to keep the club going. Moreover, even if the domestic economic situation is more difficult than ever, we are only two points away from the top 6 and have a real chance of making the play-offs after the next three stages. For the achievement of 2022, I would like to thank, first of all, the fans – both those from the DDB program and those who were with the club in any way – without them there would be no Dynamo football club.

I thank all our players for their dedication and for starting to show what Dynamo spirit is on the pitch. I thank all the technical staff and Ovidio Burke for accepting this challenge with me. Thanks to the club’s leadership and management, as well as the children’s and youth academy – thanks to them, “Dynamo” lives today.

In order to realize our dream of rebuilding the club according to the best principles and returning it to the top of Romanian football, we need some important elements in 2023.

In the New Year, we should be determined, but respectful of the emotions, thoughts, and wishes of others. Let’s follow our motivation, our dream, but let’s be altruistic and help others. Let’s innovate and show that good things can also be done transparently, in the light, giving the confidence that all Dynamo fans have longed for.

Everyone who really wants the good of Dynamo must understand that unity is needed more than ever. In order to save the club and return it to where it belongs, we need you – everyone who really wants the best for Dynamo.
