Simona Halep posted a message on her personal Instagram account on Saturday, in which the former WTA leader shared a recording made by actor Horatio Melele on the occasion of the New Year 2023.

Suspended for doping (she failed an anti-doping test during the US Open 2022), Simona Halep was in London for Christmas.

On the last day of the year, Halep published two pictures from the Black Sea coast, most likely, she will spend New Year’s Eve at home, in Constanta.

“After all, tomorrow will be another day,” Simone shared this quote on the last day of 2022.

Currently, Simona is temporarily disqualified for doping, as our athlete failed the anti-doping test conducted during the US Open 2022 (prohibited substance – Roxadustat).

Halep finished the year ranked 10th in the WTA rankings.

In 2022, Simona Halep won 39 matches and lost 11. She collected $2,253,197 in tennis prizes alone.

During this year, Halep triumphed at the Melbourne Summer Set (WTA 250) and Toronto (WTA 1000 category) tournaments.
