As kids, we all needed a little bit of pocket money. For the luckiest, their parents gave them a little every month, while others had to do a few odd jobs to scrape together a few dozen euros. Wash the car, do chores around the house, babysit the neighborhood kids, or walk the dog, there are plenty of ways to earn a few tickets to have fun as a teenager. But some little geniuses sometimes decide to go a little further, even if it means committing shameful acts. It is obviously not about organized crime, but about petty scams which can still pay off.

Well-practiced technique…
In the case of the story we’re telling you today, it’s hard to tell whether we’re dealing with a gifted little guy or a would-be con artist. Maybe a bit of both. Indeed, the latter found a clever way to earn some money, completely on his own. The direction of the USA, or rather the city of Santa Cruz, is located in California, south of San Francisco. Parking tickets there, as in France, consist of a simple small piece of paper that is placed on the windshield. Suffice it to say that they are easy to fake. And that’s exactly what our smart guy did.
… which finally took on water
Then he did false message, not very similar, then simply attached them to cars parked in various parking lots in the city. Added a link that allows “offenders” to pay the fine online. A clever trick that might have lasted a little longer if the scammer hadn’t finally been caught. This was indeed caught red-handed by a patrol policeman. The 19-year-old admitted that he created the photos, but did not make any money. We do not know the amount of damages.
Long before automatic parking, here is an absolutely revolutionary innovation 😮 https://t.co/3tcBFavYv0
