“#FCH transparency efforts

During the 7 and a half years of (short) existence of our club, so much has happened that, most likely, a book will be written someday, and then a movie will be made. Right now, on the eve of the holidays, we are receiving a “gift” for the first time – a depunctuation of 9 points. Undoubtedly, the situation is regrettable, but we allow ourselves to classify it as 100% undeserved and unfair.

Depunctuation was dictated to us by the FRF Financial Monitoring Office without taking into account the new reorganization plan of AFC Hermannstadt. We remind you that this new plan was approved last week by the Sibiu court and has already entered into force.

Therefore, we assure all supporters of FKH and fans of Siberian football that we will fight to the last legal and moral resource to compensate for this heavy loss! This is about the work of the administrative staff, the technical staff and especially these wonderful football players, of whom we are all so proud! These are hard-earned points that we will not give up under any circumstances! We’re not kidding and we won’t let anyone do it!

We know we’re right, and it’s only a matter of time before even the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland admits this fact to us! Therefore, we will fight in all possible legal ways! In these difficult times, we need the understanding, patience and support of all our supporters. This is of great importance! Sibiu has football!” – FC Germanstadton Facebook.
