Train Train IC 552 left Suceava at 5:45, but the locomotive broke down in the Dolhaska area. The train arrived more than 90 minutes late at Pashkan, the station where it transferred to the Iași branch, apparently also delayed by a lining problem from Suceava, Monitorul de Suceava reported. The information was also taken over by the railway club, and the delays are confirmed by data on Infofer.ro.

The train left Pascani 98 minutes late and accumulated another 20 minutes to Bucharest North, where it arrived at 13.25 instead of 11.27.

Basically, for those who took this train from Suceava, the journey to the capital took more than seven and a half hours, and for those who took this train from Iasi, it took eight hours.

IC trains use InterRegio carriages because there are no newer carriages. The ticket price is on average 15% higher, but there is no additional comfort compared to InterRegio trains of 2022.
