The President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, has sent a letter to the MEPs, in which she announces that she is relieving all duties from the Vice-President of the Parliament, Eva Kylie.
This was announced by a member of the European Parliament, Vice-President of the European Parliament Dimitris Papadimoulis. “President Roberta Metsola, in her decision, which we have just been informed, is suspending – with immediate effect – all the powers that she has transferred to the Vice President of the European Parliament, Eva Kaili. The procedures for her final removal from the Bureau of the European Parliament are being accelerated,” he wrote on Twitter.
