
Pele was admitted to hospital in Sao Paulo last week and the internet erupted after media reports said the Brazilian was dying. The legendary football player is recovering satisfactorily from a lung infection and thanked Kylian Mbappe for his support.
At the time of the hospitalization of the former Seleção star, the Frenchman posted a message on his Twitter with a call to pray for the Brazilian’s speedy recovery: “Pray for the King.”
Mbappe has now scored five goals at the finals in Qatar, taking his total to nine at the World Cup, becoming the under-24 player with the most goals in the competition, previously held by Pele (7).

In the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Qatar, Brazil will meet Croatia (Friday, 17:00), and France – England (Saturday, 21:00). The two games will be broadcast in LiveBLOG format on HotNews.ro.
