“Petrolul Ploiesti” won Friday night’s match against “University of Cluj” (2-0) in the end of a fairly even match.

Petrolul Ploiesti wins and enters the playoffs

The team coached by Nicolae Constantin won the match against the University of Cluj by a narrow margin.

In his first game in the starting lineup after more than nine months, Constantin Budescu set up Bart Meyers (min. 45+4), who scored in extra time in the first half.

Although the Transylvanians also missed a few good chances, Petrolul also scored late in the match thanks to Marius Choa (min. 90+4).

Thanks to this success, “Prahoven” entered the playoffs and has an advantage of only one point over Sepsi, who also won on Friday in Arad against UTA (4-1).
