Children and juniors registered in sports structures, who engage in sports in an organized manner with the aim of participating in training, official all-Ukrainian and international sports competitions, are recognized as effective athletes. They were supposed to receive a monthly financial incentive through athlete tickets. Well, this measure will not apply in 2023, it has been postponed until 2024 in accordance with the provisions of the Train Decree.

Sports tickets can be used to purchase sports equipment and equipment specific to the type of sport practiced, transportation between settlements, nutritional supplements or treatment.

Each beneficiary would be entitled to one sports ticket per month with a nominal value of 150 lei.

6% of GDP on education… we are still waiting

The Trenulet regulation also tells us that education will not receive 6% of GDP in 2023, the relevant provision of the Education Act has been extended.

In fact, the Government did the same as it does every year, extended the measure for the next year, in this case for 2024.

So in December, it is not known what the budget will be in 2023 and how much will be allocated to education. It is clear that it will be below 6%, otherwise they would not have come with the expansion.
