Tonight, the Thessaloniki Concert Hall and the Municipality’s Department of Culture and Tourism pay tribute to the work of the composer Nikos Kypourgos. Soprano Vasia Zaharopoulou, tenor Dimitris Paxoglu will perform with the Thessaloniki Municipality Symphony Orchestra under the artistic direction of Haris Iliadis. The Isokratisses Vocal Ensemble (pictured) and Christopher K. King present the polyphonic song of Epirus. Today is the last performance of Sofia Adamidou’s play “The Salvation They Call Me” directed by Yorgos Papageorgiou.
