
On Tuesday evening, a road train fell from a viaduct located on DN 6, between the municipality of Orshov and Portil de Fier I, from a height of more than 50 meters, the driver died, the Traffic Information Center of the General Inspectorate of the city reports. of the Romanian police, quoted by Agerpres.
According to the cited source, the foreign-registered road train crashed into a rocky area near the Pedina Viaduct.
The train driver remained trapped and died, his body was pulled out of the train cabin by fire crews who arrived at the scene.

The case is under pre-trial investigation on the grounds of involuntary manslaughter.
