OUR Pep Guardiola signed a new contract with Manchester City. The Spanish coach will remain on the Citizens’ bench until 2025, while the English team will announce the extension of their cooperation.
The Catalan coach signed for the first time with Manchester summer 2016. His contract expired at the end of this season.
During his time at Manchester City, the English team won four league titles, one Cup, four League Cups and two Community Cups. He also led the Citizens to the Champions League final in 2021.
“I am so happy to stay for two more years. It is not enough to thank everyone in the club for their trust. I feel good and comfortable here. I have everything I need to do my job the best I can. I feel that we still have a lot to achieve, so I want to stay and continue to fight for trophies,” said the Spanish coach.
The journey continues…
