The National Plan for Recovery and Resilience (PNRR) is trying to solve a very old problem of the national health system: funding. The construction or, depending on the circumstances, the reconstruction and expansion of 25 hospitals, the equipping and/or reconstruction of family doctors’ offices and the digitization of the medical system are just some of the goals set by Romania under this program.
