The maximum spending limits for the personnel of foreign armies are as follows:

- 3. Other expenses for visiting Bucharest tourist attractions, official photography, etc.: 135 lei/person
MApn will also cover expenses for Romanian personnel accompanying foreign army units, up to 20 lei/person/day for coffee, mineral water, juices and snacks, and another 135 lei/person for visiting Bucharest tourist attractions.
Accommodation, emergency medical care and transportation of foreign personnel will be provided by the Ministry of Defense on its own.
The confirmation note also states that the maximum expenditure limits contained in the annex to the project were determined taking into account the amounts allocated to Romanian military personnel for food, transport and accommodation under specific conditions of marching training and military parades.
