With more than 30 years of tradition, the Best Managed Companies program honors private companies for excellence in global management, analyzed on the basis of international best practices. The international methodology used analyzes the evolution and overall performance of the business and is based on 4 established pillars, namely: strategy (mission, vision, purpose), resources and innovation (business competitiveness and uniqueness), business culture and commitment (investment in people) . ) and, last but not least, the financial condition and management of the business. This first edition in Romania was organized by Deloitte in partnership with Banca Transilvania.

The “Best Managed Companies in Romania” certificate strengthens Fortech’s position in the league of the largest and most sought-after technology companies in Romania.
