The Administration of the Environmental Fund (EFM) is organizing a new session of the National Program for replacing used electrical and electronic equipment with more energy-efficient ones starting Monday at 10:00 a.m.
According to the ASM, natural persons have 5 days to register in the program by creating a user account in the IT application from Monday, November 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
“The Rabla program for household appliances has been a huge success among the population since its inception, so we decided that the budget allocated in 2022 will be the largest yet, allocating 100 million over two sessions this year, 25 million more than last year. We remind everyone who wants to participate in the program at any of the stages that it is necessary to create a user account. This step is very important because through this account you will be able to choose the appliances you need in each of the three stages. If you already have a user account created in previous versions of the app, you don’t need to create another account, just log in using the email address and password you provided. If you have forgotten your account details, you can recover them by following the steps described in the computer program,” said AFM President Laurenciu-Adrian Neculaescu.
After registering the applicants by creating user accounts, the selection steps in the IT application of the vouchers related to the equipment included in the program begin.
The program schedule for this session is as follows:
Registration of individuals in the application by creating user accounts (11/21/2022, 1000 hours – 11/25/2022, 2359 hours);

The validity period of the voucher is 7 days from the date of its confirmation by AFM, during which it must be used at a verified seller. After using from a verified seller, the formalities for purchasing the relevant equipment must also be completed within 7 days.
An individual who selected a voucher in the first edition and subsequently did not use it, may no longer select a voucher for the same category within the same calendar year.
