They were recognized as temporary prisoners all three are charged with the crime in Kyparissia and, in particular, the murder of a 31-year-old man who was found buried on Kartelas Beach after their many hours of apology with the consent of the investigator and the prosecutor.

The charges brought against them are manslaughter in a calm state and robbery with particular cruelty, combined against a 31-year-old man of Albanian origin early Monday morning.

The defendants took a different position. The first defendant, a 33-year-old man, allegedly changed his initial statement from his arrest to Monday, according to which he denied the charges against him. In the end, he admitted his involvement in the tragic event, but along with his co-defendants, 30-year-old and 24-year-old.

However, according to tharrosnews.gr, they deny any involvement in the murder and robbery. They admitted that all four went to the beach in the same vehicle, but did not participate themselves and therefore do not know what exactly happened between the 31-year-old victim and their 33-year-old co-defendant.

Their allegations did not convince the investigator and the prosecutor, and all three were sentenced to temporary imprisonment.
