
A man who kidnapped and raped two sisters from Vama Buzeului, Brasov, has been remanded in custody for 30 days on charges of deprivation of liberty, rape and sexual abuse of minors. The court’s decision can be appealed, but the aggressor remains in custody pending a decision by an appeals court, if necessary. The suspect said that the 12-year-old girl was repeatedly raped, News.ro reports.
Magistrates of the Brasov court issued a preventive arrest warrant on Sunday evening for Kostiantyn Zapan, a man who kidnapped and raped two sisters aged 10 and 12 from Vama Buzeului commune.
Prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office at the Brasov Court took over the case, Zapan is accused of the crimes of illegal deprivation of liberty, rape and sexual abuse of minors.
During the court hearings, the investigators established that “a 42-year-old man, using physical violence and threats, forced minor victims one by one to have several sexual relations and actions while being in – a parking lot located on DN10, between the city of Intorsura Buzăului and the municipality of Buzău, and also in the town of Valea Nicovani in Prahova County.”
By the way, police officers from Ploiesti spotted the aggressor’s car in Vala Nikovani.
Konstantin Zapan admitted his actions, claiming that he was drunk when he approached the two girls. The children were removed from the family, handed over to DGASPC Brasov and included in the psychological counseling program.

Judicial sources told News.ro that the man who kidnapped them sexually assaulted the two sisters, aged 10 and 12. Everything happened in a car, where the girls were kept all night and the next day until they were found.
The victims confirmed the aggression and recognized the aggressor, who justified the facts by the fact that he was drunk.
10 years ago, he was convicted of rape and placed on the register of persons engaged in sexual assault.
The police reported an alarm in Brasov after the kidnapping of two girls
On Friday evening around 7:00 p.m., a man took the girls from the family’s home under the pretext of taking them to a barbecue and playing with other children, promising to return them home in two hours.
The next day, Saturday, November 12, around 10:25, the girls’ mother called 112 when she noticed that the man was not answering her phone. The girls were missing from home for more than 12 hours.
On Saturday afternoon, Brasov police reported the abduction of two girls, sisters, aged 10 and 12, respectively. On Friday evening, the girls were taken from home by a man, a friend of their mother’s concubine, to go and have a barbecue at his house and play with other children.
