George Russell will start from pole position in the Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix, the penultimate stage of the 2022 season. The Mercedes driver will be joined on the grid by teammate Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen (RedBull – reigning world champion).

At the “Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace” (Sao Paulo), Russell was the fastest in the sprint race, counting the Brazilian Grand Prix.

Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), Max Verstappen (RedBull), Sergio Perez (RedBull), Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) and Lando Norris (McLaren) will follow the Briton on the starting grid.
