Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said today that Russia is suffering heavy losses as a result of the ongoing “heavy” strikes on the Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine and is preparing new strikes against Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
“Very intense Russian attacks in the Donetsk region continue. The enemy is suffering heavy losses there,” Zelensky said in his video message, which was broadcast late tonight.
Zelensky said he believes that Russia is “gathering forces and means for a possible repetition of massive attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, mainly energy.”
