Lawyer disciplined for Nazi salutes in Golden Dawn courtroom Constantine Pleuris, President of the Primary Disciplinary Board of the Athens Bar Association (DSA), Zisis Constantinou. Mr. Plevris is the attorney for Yannis Lagos.
The case will be referred to one of the DSA’s disciplinary boards, which, after summoning Konstantinos Pleuris for an explanation, will decide whether he will be subject to disciplinary action or not.
Recall that the resolution of the Board of Directors of the DSA stated that “the fascist salute is completely incompatible with the principles, values, traditions and ethics of the bar” and for this reason “the DSA has over time consolidated this type of behavior that offends millions of victims of Nazism, awakens chilling memories of the most dark pages of human history, questions the ideals of the lawyer and opposes the constitutional democratic order.
