Shortly after reports of heavy explosions in Russian-occupied Kherson, footage of a new Ukrainian-led attack using HIMARS volley fire on the Antoniv bridge across the Dnipro appeared on social media.
The footage shows how the Ukrainians hit both the Antonovsky Bridge and the pontoon bridge built by the Russians with HIMARS, because the road bridge across the Dnipro was repeatedly bombed.

The attack was reportedly carried out with an M270 rocket launcher. Six rockets hit the bridge and the pontoon.

The relevant footage appeared after Suspilne reported that explosions rang out in Kherson on November 2.
The Antoniv Bridge across the Dnipro River, the only supply point for Russian troops in the Kherson region in southern Ukraine, has repeatedly come under fire from Ukrainian troops. Later, due to repeated bombings, the Russians improvised a bridge out of barges.
The first strike by HIMARS systems took place on July 19. The next day, another attack hit the bridge 11 times.
