Animals cannot protest. Either talk about the often unimaginably harsh conditions of their lives, or about their death. Our duty is to be able to protect and protect them, especially from us humans. Canadian photographer Jo Ann MacArthur is an award-winning photographer who has traveled to more than 60 countries since 1998 to document through his lens the complex relationship we have with the animal world and how it often leads to exploitation, captivity , the lack of any sympathy – on our part – for the cycle and usefulness of their lives.
