Inspections of individuals are ongoing, having started in July. After the verification competence was extended to the regional finance departments, it has now been decided who will decide on the printing of detection protocols and the imposition of sanctions for offenses.
According to the order published in the official Monitor, it is printed by specialized units on the basis of orders received from the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) for the General Administration of Personal Income Control and from the regional general offices of public finance for the tax audit service in them and for tax inspection structures for individuals in their subordinate units.
The main administration of personal income, regional main administrations of public finances and their subordinate units will take measures to implement the provisions.
Top 3 undeclared incomes revealed by ANAF in September
In September, additional revenues in the amount of 8.015 million lei were recorded.
“They all have companies too. They are shareholders of commercial companies. None of these people have been found guilty of a crime,” said ANAF President Lucian Heyush.
1. The biggest difference is 3.611 million lei for an individual from Suceava county.
2. The second, by cost, was 1.481 million lei in Ilfov.
3. The third was for 1.212 million lei, from Vilch.
“We find very large differences in individuals. We are talking about millions of lei. The sums are large. On September 31, we had 400 control measures pending,” he said.
The biggest differences (in August) were in the districts:
• a person from Timișoara – the difference is 4.5 million lei, the established tax was 1 million lei
• a person from Vrancha – difference 3.3 million lei, tax 889,000 lei
• a person from Prahov – a difference of 2.7 million lei and the calculated tax was 723,000 lei.
