The director and his sons are confronted on a case-by-case basis with categories associated with violence against employees, attempted unlawful violence, verbal abuse, defiance, dangerous bodily harm, illegal possession of weapons, dereliction of duty, as they are accused of assaulting police officers and obstructing them from carrying out their orders.
The trial, which began today and will continue on November 7, is being handled by the Court of Appeal in a special case because one of the director’s sons is a lawyer.
