42-year-old man accused of indecent acts with a minor victim was released and was sent for consideration to the sole criminal court of Thessaloniki., with automatic procedure. The trial was postponed due to the absence of the minor’s mother, who reported the incident to the police.

According to APE, the defendant asked to be tried today and therefore agreed to read the complaining mother’s affidavit. According to what she reported to the police, a minor, who is 15.5 years old according to the case file, called her on the phone and reported with fear that she had been sexually harassed by a 42-year-old teenager. As allegedly told to her by a minor, he invited her to coffee, and then moved her with I.Kh. his car in a remote area of ​​Vasiliki, where he committed indecent acts against it.

The minor, according to her mother, refused, screamed loudly, and then turned her back on the place of their first meeting, urging them not to talk to anyone. As the mother mentioned, she had known a 42-year-old woman from her family environment for many years.

The defendant denied the charge, at which point the district attorney requested that the trial be adjourned due to insufficient evidence so that the mother could be called to testify in court.
